Use this portal if you need help getting around campus due to a temporary or permanent
disability and are not already on the Campus Mobility Services (CMS) ride schedule.
(If you are already on the CMS ride schedule but need to add, drop, or change a
ride, click here to email Al Aguilar or leave a message at CMS by calling 951-827-3872.)
Please fill in all the required information and press “Submit” to initiate a ride
request. A CMS staff member will respond shortly.
